Justin Fields has a unique trip planned for June LAKE FOREST — The very limited summer offseason for the Bears' quarterback has begun, and it will include a very unique trip. Yet this travel to Europe won't just be for rest and relaxation for Justin Fields, who is heading overseas for an activity involving football. The third-year quarterback will be going to France to take part in the "QB Takeover Football Camp" on Sunday in Antony at the U.S. Metropolitaine Des Transports Paris. It's being run by Flexwork Sports and will feature quarterback trainer Quincy Avery.Fields will be joined by Green Bay Packers starting quarterback Jordan Love and Cleveland Browns starter Deshaun Watson. 2 Americans vacationing in Mexico found dead in hotel room (KTLA) – Two Americans vacationing in Mexico were found dead in their hotel room on Tuesday under circumstances that remain under investigation.The bodies of John Heathco, 41, and Abby Lutz, 28, were discovered inside a room at the upscale Hotel Rancho Pescadero in the village of El Pescadero around 9 p.m. Tuesday, the Baja California Sur Attorney General’s Office confirmed to ABC News.El Pescadero is located on the Pacific coast of the Baja Peninsula, roughly one hour north of Cabo San Lucas.The couple's cause of death was listed as "intoxication by substance to be determined," the AG’s office said. Gov. Abbott signs bill restricting college sports teams transgender athletes can join AUSTIN (Nexstar) — Gov. Greg Abbott held a bill signing ceremony Thursday afternoon to sign legislation designed to "protect women's sports," according to an office press release. While it does not specify which legislation, it is highly likely one of those bills is Senate Bill 15 — which bans collegiate-level transgender athletes from competing on sports teams that do not align with their biological sex assigned at birth. SB 15 would expand similar restrictions that were signed into law two years ago, applying to sports play for Texas public schools grades K-12. During the regular legislative session, Republican women like bill sponsor Rep. Valoree Swanson, R-Spring said the bill is to ensure competition is fair for female athletes. “This legislation is not about participation. Austin 'very underserved' with shelter beds, City details plans to fix the problem AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Austin has the lowest number of beds compared to people experiencing homelessness out of all other big cities in Texas - as well as, Philadelphia, Nashville and Seattle, according to the city's Homeless Strategy Division.The department presented these findings to the Downtown Austin Alliance (DAA) in the alliance's monthly safety forum Thursday morning. Los Angeles was the only city on the list with a lower ratio than Austin.According to that presentation, Austin has 39 beds per 100 people experiencing homelessness.
