AUSTIN (KXAN) – Sal Stow lives with her partner, Meghan, in Round Rock. She said she took her dog out for a walk Saturday morning, but when Stow returned home, she noticed something was wrong. “Immediately, I was angry,” she said. “I went to our ring cameras to look to see what happened.”What she saw unsettled her –  two people dressed in strange clothing, faces covered with masks, defacing signs they displayed on their lawn for Pride month. The video shows one person walking up to their door, grabbing a sign and breaking it over their knee. That person then turned around, grabbed another sign and ran away from Stow’s home. The second person waited by a golf cart, which they both used to flee. One of the signs removed reads “Round Rock Pride,” and the other: “Pride Lives Here.”Meghan and Sal's Round Rock home before the incident on Saturday June, 17. Kickin’ It with Kiz: Stan Kroenke has eclipsed Pat Bowlen as greatest sports owner in Denver history

Published Thu, 13 Feb 2025 07:05:09 GMT

With Stan Kroenke as owner, the Rams, Mammoth, Avalanche and Nuggets have been champs in football, lacrosse, hockey and basketball since the start of 2022. Let’s encourage him to buy the Rockies.Walt, wishful-thinkerKiz: Stan Kroenke is one driven, stubborn dude who refuses to lose. Yes, those traits can cut both ways. When Kroenke refused to deal from a position of weakness, trading Carmelo Anthony actually benefited the Nuggets, especially when you consider guard Jamal Murray became the final piece of that deal. On the other hand, Kroenke’s refusal to back down in a showdown with Comcast has earned him vilification by fans upset because it’s tough to find Nikola Jokic and Nathan MacKinnon on local TV. But this is my truth: With all due respect to the late, great Pat Bowlen, the greatest sports mogul that this dusty old cowtown has ever seen is Kroenke.Assuming Jokic doesn’t lose interest, the Nuggets could go on a San Antonio style run over the coming decade.Peter, Bow...
